Do you love visiting Washington Park, or do you avoid it? Or maybe you think the park is for someone else, but not for you? We want to know. Give us your feedback on the proposed master plan concepts.
Washington Park is a Portland icon, and beloved by many. Now we have a chance to make it better and more inviting for all Portlanders. We’re looking for community members to shape the future of Washington Park by reviewing two master plan concepts, and giving us your feedback.
We want to make sure Washington Park is YOUR park!
Can’t make it in person? We will have an online survey available after April 7 to leave your comments and make a lasting mark on Washington Park.

Presentations on the Master Plan concepts will be held at 10:30 am and 12:30 pm.
Meet the team leading this project, view the concepts, provide your input, enter a drawing to win a prize, enjoy refreshments, and explore the park!
Washington Park is “Portland’s backyard” with 450 acres of beautiful gardens and natural areas, and many of the City’s key attractions, including the International Rose Test Garden, Oregon Zoo, Portland Japanese Garden, and Hoyt Arboretum. We’re currently planning for the future of this iconic park by updating its master plan. The final master plan for Washington Park will be completed by winter 2017.

The election of Donald Trump has sent ripples of uncertainty throughout the legal and regulatory communities.  It is an important time to bring together diverse environmental professionals to talk about where we go from here. On January 20, 2017, the Environmental Law Education Center is pulling together a one-dayConference on Environmental Protection: What’s Next?  The entire day will be packed with national and regional experts who will provide valuable insight and information on important legal, regulatory, scientific and technical issues. Speakers will also discuss the future of complex projects such as the Portland Harbor Superfund Site and more.
If you want to spend Inauguration Day with other environmental professionals exploring the next steps, please join us for this dynamic conference. We would love to see you there.
