The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is holding an information meeting regarding a complex permit modification application for Oil Re-Refining Company (ORRCO) located at 4150 N Suttle Road in Portland, Oregon. ORRCO operates a used oil re-refinery taking deliveries of used oil and processing them into reusable oil and fuel. ORRCO proposes to modify their existing air permit by removing and modifying existing processes, adding new processes, upgrading existing control technology, and adding new control technology. The solid waste permit is for the treatment and material recovery of oil contaminated materials and other spent materials.
