Public hearings on Council amendments to draft 2035 Comp Plan on April 14 and 20
Public invited to testify on Commissioners’ amendments that address employment land, historic preservation, middle housing, public involvement, age-friendly city and more. 

 
 
Mixed Use Zones Proposed Draft released
New standards for future development in commercial/mixed use areas would reduce the number of zones from nine to four and create incentives for providing public benefits, such as affordable housing. 

 
 
Help shape the future of transportation in the Central City
Components of Portland’s Transportation System Plan for the Central City are included in the Central City 2035 Plan. Read view the Discussion Draft and comment by March 31. 

 
 
Residential and Open Space Zoning Proposed Draft ready for review
Changes to the Zoning Map include an additional 1,700 acres of Open Space zoning and synchronizing changes in residential density that address areas of natural hazard risk, infrastructure constraints or limitations to urban services with the new Comp Plan Map.
