Members of the public are invited to an open house in Portland on Monday, Dec. 14 to review and comment on the Draft Bicycle/Pedestrian Plan, a document for Oregon policy makers, planners, stakeholders and others that helps guide strategic decisions about bicycle and pedestrian facilities and programs.
